Jelita Megamas Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 15 August 2018 with principal activities in property developments, project managements and property investments.
We have developed projects worth over RM200 million and are currently working on multiple projects, focused on creating commercial and industrial developments that support business growth and contribute to the wider economy.
We believe that a development is more than the buildings we deliver. A well-planned industrial development provides businesses with the space to establish, expand and create opportunities — from supporting company growth to generating employment and stimulating economic activity within the surrounding community.

What we do
Three principal activities
Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the development of building projects, consultancy, and real estate activities with own or leased property.
Property development
We identify, acquire and develop sites into industrial and residential product, taking a scheme from land through planning approval, construction and handover.
Project management
We manage delivery across the appointed consultant panel and contractors, holding programme, cost and design intent together rather than trading one against the others.
Property investment
We hold and manage completed assets, which keeps our interests aligned with the long-term performance of what we build.
