This notice explains how Jelita Megamas Development Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”).
1. Who we are
Jelita Megamas Development Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201801029178 (1291204-A)) is a property developer incorporated in Malaysia, with its registered address at 276A Jalan Bandar 11, Taman Melawati, 53100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are the data user in respect of the personal data described in this notice.
2. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect:
- your name;
- the company or organisation you represent;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, if you choose to provide it;
- the category and content of your enquiry; and
- technical information generated by your visit, including your IP address, browser user agent and the page you submitted from, which we retain solely to detect and prevent abuse of the form.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and you should not include any in your message.
3. Why we collect it
We process your personal data in order to:
- respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it;
- assess and progress a potential commercial relationship with you or your company;
- maintain an internal record of enquiries received; and
- protect this website against automated abuse and fraudulent submissions.
Supplying the data marked as required is necessary for us to respond to you. If you do not supply it, we will not be able to deal with your enquiry.

We use third-party service providers to host this website and to deliver enquiry notifications by email. These providers process data on our instructions and may store it outside Malaysia. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we delete or anonymise them once that purpose has been served.

This website is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. We take practical steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request that we correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data; and
- limit the processing of your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and a request to withdraw consent may mean we can no longer deal with your enquiry.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics that profile you across other websites. Where anti-abuse verification is enabled on the enquiry form, the provider may set a cookie strictly necessary to confirm that the submission is not automated.

We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
