Jelita Megamas Development was incorporated in Kuala Lumpur in 2018 with three principal activities: property development, project management and property investment. We have since developed projects worth over RM200 million, and we are still building.
We believe in nurturing the developer–client relationship, and we aim to build long-term relationships that are genuinely beneficial to everyone we work with — landowners, purchasers and financiers alike.
